Brown Dog Carriers & Logistics reserves the right to revise or add to these rules from time to time, as it deems necessary.

By entering any Brown Dog promotion, entrants agree to abide by the terms of these rules and Brown Dog’s decisions regarding its promotions. All Maine, Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. Brown Dog reserves the right to disqualify any individual.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Brown Dog from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the promotion, or from the use or acceptance of the prize won. By entering, participants agree to allow Brown Dog to announce them as the winner if selected.

Eligibility

No purchase, payment or consideration is necessary to win. Void where prohibited by law. Open only to Maine residents, 18 years of age or older and must not be considered a minor. Employees of Brown Dog Carriers and their immediate households are ineligible to participate.

Selection and Notification

Brown Dog Carriers will select a winner from among the entries on both Facebook and LinkedIn by the date and time stated in the promotion post. The winner will be notified by receiving a reply to their specific comment within the post’s thread notifying them that they are the winner. The winner must private message Brown Dog’s Facebook or LinkedIn page with their e-mail and phone number to facilitate the prize handoff.  Brown Dog will use this information only to contact the winner to set up the prize handoff.

Brown Dog is not responsible if the winner does not use the prize before its established expiration date. Estimated value of prizes may vary. Brown Dog makes no representations or warranties regarding any prizes offered and shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from the promotion winner’s use of prize. Brown Dog may, at its discretion, substitute prizes with another prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not redeemable for cash or credit.
